Erik knows that Teddy and Billy have their own home. He knows that the refusal is to be the final answer, but he wants to make sure that he lets Billy know that he had family interests in mind. He knocks on the door of the Green Arrow Estates' hut, grateful that Billy still lives close enough that he can visit as such. It's one of the few reasons why he refuses to simply pick up and move further out. Yes, it would allow him privacy, but it would give great distance between him and the people he cares about most.

As it stands, now, he needs to tell Billy of his intentions -- if only in passing, as Teddy has explained why such a thing won't be possible. "It's only me," he calls, through the door.

With school out, Billy has so much more time on his hands and so very little to do with it that he practically jumps out of his seat and toward the door when someone arrives. He grins when he realizes it's Erik, even though he'd been expecting Teddy back and holds an arm out, inviting him in. "Hey, come in."

Erik's smile is given freely and with genuine affection. There are few things that compel his mood to be so bright, but family shall always be the brightest star in a dark sky. He thought they were all gone, but Billy proves that's not the case. "Thank you," he says with a nod of his head. "I'm sorry to drop by unexpectedly, but I've been putting off a conversation, you see," he says, hands folded at his front.

"Oh, it's totally fine," Billy says, bouncing on the balls of his feet a few times as he tries to figure out just what he can do to entertain Erik when he doesn't have the luxury of a magic home bar in his house anymore.

Instead, he had a messy home that was obviously lived in by teenage boys.

Erik permits a small smile to cross his face as he enters Billy's home, taking a careful moment to appreciate the surroundings. It looks lovely, if he's honest, the sort of place that a person can build when they're not alone. It also doesn't bode well. "I've spoken to Teddy already. I feel as though I should tell you that. And while I'm fairly sure I know my answer, I had to ask. Would you be interested in moving into Charles' new home? Along with Teddy, of course."
